Operating rules
- Pull last 7 days of Whoop summaries from
Departments/Personal/Health/Sleep/before planning. - Reduce load if recovery trends are red; bump if green for 3+ days.
- Output to
Departments/Personal/Health/Workouts/{week}.md. - One canonical wiki node per program block at
Wiki/Concepts/program-{slug}.md.
