Charter

Drive brand visibility, prospect generation, and content output across the GMG portfolio.

Scope

  • In: content (long & short), campaigns, prospect research, brand voice, distribution.
  • Out: product/operational delivery (→ Operations), ad-spend approvals (→ Adam directly).

Agents

Strategic tier:

  • CMO — primary, opus. Strategic head of marketing across the portfolio (growth × profitability framing, channel allocation, brand strategy). Orchestrates the tactical agents below; doesn't draft tactical work itself. Default model is opus because outputs are decision-shaped — see _System/ModelRegistry.md.

Tactical tier:

  • Content-Strategist — primary, sonnet. Cadence + theme + channel mix.
  • Copywriter — primary, sonnet. Direct-response copywriter built on Stefan Georgi's RMBC II framework (Research → Mechanism → Brief → Copy). Produces VSLs, advertorials, PDPs, hooks, ad copy, email sequences, upsells via the RMBC playbook + 11 Claude Project system prompts in References/rmbc/claude-projects/.
  • Discovery-Analyst — sub-agent, haiku. Cheap prospect research.
  • Storyboarder — primary, sonnet. Direct-response video storyboarder built on the Franky Shaw / FutrGroup AI Creative methodology. Sits between the Copywriter (script producer) and video production. Takes a finished script + brand context and produces a scene-by-scene storyboard + machine-readable .video-gen-spec.json ready for human creators OR AI video generation. 22 reusable archetype templates + 2 hook databases at References/video-storyboarding/.

Copywriting (RMBC II) — see References/rmbc/

The Copywriter operates on a 4-stage pipeline: Research → Mechanism → Brief → Copy. Stage 4 produces 10 distinct asset types, each backed by its own canonical Claude Project system prompt.

Pipeline (Stages 1-3):

  • rmbc-research — Stage 1: Unified Research Document (market awareness + competitors + psychographics + ingredients).
  • rmbc-mechanism — Stage 2: UMP/UMS narrative with name, metaphor, nickname.
  • rmbc-brief — Stage 3: 25-section Brief 2.0. Canonical input to every Stage-4 generator.

Stage 4 — assets:

Storyboarding (video) — see References/video-storyboarding/

The Storyboarder takes finished scripts (typically RMBC Stage-4 outputs) and produces visual specs ready for human creators OR AI video generation. Phase 1 = planning only; actual video generation deferred to a future phase (would require KIE_API_KEY / FAL_API_KEY + Python genai_video.py port).

  • storyboard-from-script — primary skill. Script + Brief → scene-by-scene storyboard.md + schema-valid scene-spec.json.
  • storyboard-from-scratch — Brief alone (no script yet). Produces storyboard with placeholder VO; routes back to Copywriter.
  • extract-style-from-reference — analyze a winning video → reusable archetype (video-theme.json).
  • ugc-creator-brief — anti-polish brief for human UGC creators.
  • scene-spec — produce ONLY the schema-valid .video-gen-spec.json (for direct hand-off to AI video tools).
