Charter

Custom project workspaces — anything that doesn't fit cleanly under Marketing / Operations / TaskMgmt / Personal / Decisions.

Each project is an isolated folder under this department with its own agents, skills, and notes.

How to start a new project

1. Copy _Template/ to Projects/{project-slug}/.
2. Fill in the project's _Project.md charter file.
3. Add project-specific agents under {project-slug}/Agents/.
4. Add project-specific skills under {project-slug}/Skills/.
5. Add a wiki node at Wiki/Concepts/project-{slug}.md.

Inheritance

• Cross-cutting agents (e.g., ResearchAnalyst) are available without copying.
• Override only when the project genuinely needs different behavior.
