Perform a daily operating sweep: - summarize current active todos and obvious stale/open items - identify any missing next actions - update Wiki/Notes/_active-todos.md only if a small, clear maintenance edit is warranted - append a concise entry to Wiki/Log.md describing what you checked and changed Do not invent new business facts. If there is nothing to update, leave files unchanged and report that.
