Procedure

  1. Read Wiki/Log.md entries from week_start forward.
  2. Read brand project files under Brands/{brand_slug}/Operations/.
  3. Synthesize a 1-page note: shipped, in-flight, blocked, next week.
  4. Write to the appropriate status folder. Append Log entry.
