Procedure

Read journal entries in Departments/Personal/Health/Journal/ from the last lookback_days.
Extract recurring themes and decision-relevant mentions.
Update or create wiki concept nodes per theme.
If any entry mentions an unresolved decision, escalate to Decisions dept.
Append Log entry.
