Procedure

  1. Pull last 7 days of recovery summaries from Departments/Personal/Health/Sleep/.
  2. Read last week's plan & any session-log notes for adherence.
  3. Draft 4–6 sessions with progressive overload or deload as needed.
  4. Write to weekly file. Append Log entry.
